Large files not downloading fully then becoming corrupted

For 7 hours I was downloading a 12.9 GB file and finally, on the home-stretch at 46 minutes to go, download speed much faster than before, it says it is finished, then when I go to click on it it says it is invalid. I've been having this same problem since after my Windows 10 reinstall a week ago. Please help, it's every day I'm having horrible computer troubles and it seems to be a lot worse after a brand new Windows install, it's a different problem each day. I understand computers are not perfect but do people really have this large amount of issues?

from a usb stick run memtest86 test your ram. also if you have an intel cpu run there cpu test see if the cpu is fine.

Sounds like files are randomly getting corrupted, could be bad RAM. I'd run memtest86 overnight to check for obvious RAM problems.

Ok I selected my drive and clicked write to UFD and now its telling me "Location/Destination specified in (Step 3) cannot overlap with any of the drives in (Step 1). Please correct before continuing."
