PC won't wake up from sleep

I've already replaced the mobo and PSU, so now I'm suspecting the RAM. I currently have 2x16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum. I've already tried installing them one at a time with no luck.

The reason why I'm suspecting it's a memory problem is because hibernation can be woken up just fine, while sleep can't.

How are you trying to wake computer up?? Some keys simply does't work, like mine. My Windows 7 PC can be only waked up with the SPACE button.

I tried that, but it still leaves with a blank screen, but the fans are still running.
