Hi, I am planning to build a pc for gaming like (csgo & dota), photo editing and video editing that could last for a few years.
My budget is around $1500 (Without OS, casing, keyboard and mouse).

I am confuse on choosing either AMD or Intel processor because some said that AMD isn't stable.

Note: I am living in Indonesia and the price here are higher.

Thank you in advance.

a Ryzen 1600 with RX580 4gb. pair that with 16 gigs of 3000/3200 ram and go for b350 mobo like MSI gaming pro or gigabyte gaming 3.
for PSU, look for Corsair cxm 550 or seasonic S12/M12 520 or even a G 550. i think corsair CXM is available everywhere.
get a 250GB SSD like the Hyper X Fury and go for a Mid ATX case. u r set for ur CS GO and Dota
i would recommend an LG 29UM69 monitor ;)

Thank you for the advices.

So I should get Intel 7700 processor. ($325)
Should I buy MSI Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC or ASUS MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT? (about $297)
Cooler Master HYPER 212 LED Turbo - Red Cover ($48)
Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX PC25600 16GB (2X8GB) - CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 ($140)
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB ($105)
Seagate 3TB SATA3 64MB - 7200 RPM - BarraCuda Series ($101)
Colorful iGame nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB DDR5 - X-TOP-8G - Triple Fan ($443)
Seasonic G-750 750W ($111)
($1570)
Are these good or do I need to change anything for better choices? ($220 over budget)

@Lucky_SLS: Can't find the monitor you recommended. This is cheap LG 29" LED 29MT48A ($150) but can't find a review anywhere (I wonder is it a good monitor?)

the ryzen will be significantly cheaper. u dont need a cooler too. 750W PSU is an overkill. 550 is more than enough.
try anyother free sync monitor. i would prefer a 1080p 144hz one.
u dont need a 1070 for CS GO and overwatch. rx580/480 4gb is enough.

Honorable
If you are going to go with the Intel build you should get a 7700k to go with the z270 motherboard since it's meant for overclocking, otherwise you don't need an aftermarket cooler because the 7700 comes with one.

the PSU is too powerful, unless u're planning on SLI, get 650w instead
buy SSD if u want fast booting and game loads, if u're hoping it improves fps, well it don't
1070 are meant for 1440p gaming so if u're planning on playing 1080p for the next 2-3 years, RX 580 8gb / 1060 6gb will be enough
tadi saya kasih yang $1100 spy mendekati budget anda, belinya tetap tergantung kebutuhan anda :)

if u want to stream your games, it's better to use ryzen

@Lucky_SLS:
Thank you, will change the PSU.

Which one should I buy?
Geforce GTX 1060 6GB DDR5 vs RX 580
MSI Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC vs ASUS MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT

@jpe1701:
Hello, I am not planning to overclock because I don't understand overclocking or should I overclock?
The original cooler is good enough even if I overclock? If so, then it's a great. Could save another 50 bucks.

@constantine_99:
Mostly video and photo editing and games.
Budget bisa sih 20jt atau lebih dikit. Kalau buat game ya sayang.

which is the cheapest 2 fan GPU? 1060 6gb or RX580 4gb? get the cheapest. they r more than enough for those games.
i would prefer the asus dual or MSI gaming X or Aorus RX580. cuz they run a bit quiet n cool.
the MSI z270I is a good idea. but u can have a look at b250 or h270 mobo if going for the 7700[non k,u cant overclock a non k] u also dont need a cooler really. but if u want one, a cryorig h7 is good. the 212 requires a big case cuz of the cooler height.

Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 8GB DDR5 G1 Gaming - GV-RX580G1 Gaming-8GD $288

Should I overclock? If I should, then I will need to change to 7700k.
Should be enough with 7700, right?

Available Monitors
Asus VG248QE - 24" $332
BenQ ZOWIE 24" XL2411 Gaming LED $331
LG 22" LED 22MP68VQ $136

The mobo h270, are you referring to ASUS or MSI? The price are almost the same

that little 22" LG is a 75hz ips free sync. if u r ok with a smaller screen, its a very good choice.
any H270 mobo will do. or a b250 will also do. just make sure it has 4 ram slots and is not too cheap.

Seller don't have the power supply and ask me to change to FSP Hydro 600W.
What do you think?
