Windows 10 Freeze while playing video games

Hey,

I have a problem with my computer. Everything worked fine until the last monday. I was playing World of Warcraft for 5-10 minutes and then my computer was frozen. I had to restart my computer manually. When it happened, I saw blue particles on my second monitor. Do you think, it's problem of Graphics card, or new windows 10 creators update?

My build:
Intel Core I7-7700K --- NEW
Nvidia GTX 780
16GB RAM --- NEW
Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON --- NEW
750 W PSU
250GB SDD
2TB HDD
1TB HDD
500GB HDD

I tried almost everything and I really need your help.

Check that this problem exist in another games..

Yep, I tried PUBG and Witcher 3 and I got the same problem.
