Ok so I have a 350gb (OS) hdd and another 1tb hdd, just installed my ssd and want to move my OS. I'm going to make a bootable USB, unplug the OS hdd and then boot from the USB and clean install Win10 on ssd. what do i from here, do i have a completely fresh OS? what about all ym files from the original hdd? can i just copy/paste files? delete files? Thanks

With a clean install on the SSD, you want to disconnect ALL other drives.

For your applications, they will ALL need to be reinstalled.
Steam games can be moved and reconnected without reinstallation.
But all other programs/applications will need reinstall.
Your personal documents are OK. What you mightt want to do is move those out of your /User/Documents folders, to somewhere on the secondary 1TB. This gets around any permissions issues.
