Messed around on Display settings, messed up my monitor colors and resolution

I was on my display settings and for some reason I moved the displays around like so:

As a result, my other monitor looks like this:

The thing is, when I take a screenshot, it looks perfectly normal, but the monitor appears to look this way. How do I fix this? Thanks a lot for your help

EDIT: My monitor is an Acer X233H

Hello,

Try to use an other cable, if you have one laying around.
or
Go into your Nvidia Control and take a look at the surround setup, and the screen settings. And play a bit with it.
