Help! Win10 fresh usb install error

Hey guys, just built a new pc and got the windows10 home (usb) from the local computer shop.

When turning on pc, I select win10 64 and it comes up with Windows set up error:

"
windows cannot read the <productkey> setting from the unattend answer file.
"

Anyone know what this is, or how to get around it easily?

Unless you can get into that flash drive and read the product key to put it in manually, I would take it back to that computer shop
