Install Windows 10 on a new hard drive

I just rebuilt my pc. It is currently running Windows 10 from the old hard drive. I purchased a new SSD to boot from. I have a copy of Windows 10 on a USB drive. How do I switch to the new hard drive, install the OS on it and use the old one as a storage device?

Create a Win 10 installation DVD or USB, here:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Find and save to a USB all of your drivers (primarily LAN or WiFi), username/passwords
Disconnect ALL other drives
Boot from the USB and install on the new SSD
When it asks for the license key, skip it. It will activate itself when it next goes online.
Continue the install
Then, drivers, windows updates, all your application.

Or...if size requirements fit, you might...

What size is the new SSD?
How much total space is consumed on the HDD?
