Price to sell old PC for

I recently created a new mitx build and because my old build was atx, I have a mostly intact pc that is not in use with the following parts:

NZXT Phantom Case
FX-8350 Cpu
Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler
ASRock 980de3/u3s3 MB
An asus optical drive (Not Slim)
Corsair cx600
Corsair valueselect ddr3 1600 8 gig ram (Single Stick)

Should I sell this as a mostly prebuilt, and if so what price. 265? Thank you.

Yea, I would list it for $265. You could then accept the inevitable lower offer that will come in, or wait for someone to pay full asking if you're not in a hurry to sell it.
