I have these two choices to buy, which one would you recommend? My intention is to OC and to install SSD, which will be a better choice right now? If it comes to a liveliness, before upgrading to new MOBO, which one will last for longer if it comes to gaming etc. :) Price of both setups are the same.

So even after OC i5 4670K will be better than i7 2600K OC. I have read that 2600K is the beast if it comes to OC. Both Mobo are capable of handling ssd? :)

Tom's ranks the i7-2600K one tier lower than the i5-4670K: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html
In non-gaming situations, the i7 may be the better of the two. Or at least equal: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/287?vs=837
Another generalized comparison: http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/576/Intel_Core_i5_i5-4670K_vs_Intel_Core_i7_i7-2600K.html
But the Haswell class has about a 20% edge in IPC over the older Sandy Bridge. Of course, a lot depends on who you are buying these from. I'm assuming these will be used purchases. If so, the Haswell platform would tend to have "less miles on it" than the Sandy Bridge.
