CMD Prompt window pops up for split-second at 25 past the hour, every hour

I have been having this problem for about a week now where at every 25 past (e.g. 20:25) a CMD window pops up for a split second and then disappears again. I have no time to read it and have no idea why it pops up.

It is really starting to annoy me as it tabs me out of games and full screen videos and I have no idea why it happens. I have looked at other threads and people suggest looking in your Event Viewer or Task Scheduler for something but there is nothing in either (see screenshot http://i.imgur.com/8rnP2nL.png).

Edit: The last one happened at 20:25 and in the screenshot there is nothing at that time
