1 long 3 short beeps, my screen suddenly goes black (power saving mode)

Hi guys, i just browsing and then suddenly my monitor goes to power saving mode and there's 1 long 3 short beeps from mobo.
i searched it and it says GPU problem, i don't have any other hardware to test it what should i do?

FX6300
M5A78M LX V2
HIS R9 270X Iceq2
Team Elite 8GB RAM
Super Flower 500W

A local pc repair shop might help. Power supply, or graphics card, I'd say... In this order.
If under warranty, you can try RMA-ing them both.
