Which part of my hardware is broken?

Today I tried to boot my Asus X551CA laptop it said that it was "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then a while later said "Diagnosing your PC" and then turns blue and says that it was unable to fix my problem and gave me two options: Shutdown or Advanced Options. Advanced Options then gives 3 more options of: Continue to windows 10, Troubleshoot, Shutdown. Continuing to Windows 10 just repeats the Preparing Automatic Repair and Diagnosing Your PC loop. Troubleshooting gives about 6 options and I've tried factory reset with and without saving data(doesn't work), system restore(doesn't work), and safe mode boot with networking that also doesn't work.
