Need help choosing new monitor

What's up everyone I'm wanting to upgrade my current monitor I have a 1440p BenQ 60hrz and I'm if I should go for a 1080p with a high refresh rate or another 1440p panel with a high refresh any suggestions something with a thin bezel would be nice

One more question I've only ever had a small 21 inch 1080p display do you think a 27 inch 1080p display would look grainy?

I'v had a 1080p 120Hz monitor before, and it can look a bit grainy if you look for it, but it won't bother you at all.
Although the panel I had was near perfect since it was a Samsung Syncmaster monitor that had fantastic colors even though it was TN.
I'd stick to 24" though, PPI is much better.
