Audio issues (windows 10)

On windows 10 my headset (a q12 sounpeats bluetooth headset) doesn't seem to work properly. I have had A LOT of trouble with sound drivers on windows 10. Now on to the discription of my issue. The headset works fine as long as the microphon controller is disabled the moment i enable the microphone, and attempt to use it my audio controller "freezes" until i disable the microphone, then it works like normal.im a gamer so this is litterally breaking my ability to do so.

1| Can you please state the specs of your system/laptop? If a laptop then we';re going to need an SKU/make and model of the unit.
2| Have you made sure your audio drivers are up to date?
3| Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers under an elevated command?
Right click installer>Run as Administrator
4| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is also up to date?
