Yesterday I overclocked my GPU, I was getting the error of system_thread-exception_not_handled (hidclass.sys), I fixed the error for that by restoring to a previous point.

Today I'm getting errors: irql_not_less_or_equal and bad_object_header after overclocking my CPU and using my RAMs xmp profile to set them to their rated speed.

Troubleshooting: I ran SFC which shows no integrity violation, crystaldiskinfo shows my disks are healthy (the program is on it's default settings), my BIOS is on it's latest version, and I ran memtest65+ yesterday for two passes with no errors.

Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3-CF (U3E1) v. F22

CPU: Intel 6700k @ 4.00GHz (OC @ 4.5GHz via mobo upgrade settings)

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

(Current GPU Clock 202 MHz
Current Memory Clock 405 MHz
Current Shader Clock 405 MHz)

(OC with GPU clock +171MHz
Memory clock +93MHz
Power limit 116%
Temperature limit 92C)

RAM: Corsair Vengence x2 8GB sticks @ 3000MHz (Speccy says DRAM Frequency is 1500.7MHz)

OS: Windows 10 x64 Home

Memory: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwM0p-pUEXZxWXdOdTA1NE5nVzg

Update: I ran Driver Booster and downloaded the recommended drivers, then almost immediately crashed with error system_service_exception (fltmgr.sys)

I found the trouble driver: Intel(R) Management Engine Interface

Solution
when you get high on overclock you usually have to lower voltage to keep it from "pushing to bsod" and you should truly get OCCT and test you overclock for a minimum of 1-4 hours before truly being sure it stable.

I lowered it to 4.4GHz, I'll let you know if it crashes around the same up-time it did before

Yeah, I couldn't fiddle with the voltage so the mobo just did auto OC, but it's been fine since I lowered it to 4.4, thank you
