So my Samsung 850 EVO came in recently and I tried to use Samsung's Data Migration tool because I wanted to move my OS from my HHD to the new SSD. Everything was going smoothly until it froze at 99%, I tried to hit cancel after waiting 6 hours but it did nothing. Basically I left it on for the next 3 days and force closed it after getting impatient. I restarted my computer and that's when I got hit with a blue screen with stop code "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE"; can't say I was shocked. But now I can't boot up the PC unless I unplug the SSD. Plugging the SSD back in will cause the error again.
So at the moment I'm just looking for some help on how to reset my SSD back to before trying to migrate the OS to it. I want to do a fresh install of windows instead of bothering with these cloning tools. It's been a truly frustrating experience, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Btw I don't have safe boot as an option under troubleshoot during the bluescreen for whatever reason, but I have command prompt and some reverting tools.
