Need help Finding out my mouse or mouse pad problem

I have a razer deathadder elite and a razer goliathus speed edition. When I play CS:GO I feel that my mouse feels choppy. By that I mean that my crosshair dosent run smoothly, it slightly skips a bit. I have tried playing without my mousepad and I have seen that it feels much better and quicker when I do actions. But the only problem about that is that my table is too smooth and it is very slippery. I was wondering what the exact problem is - is it my mouse or my mouse pad?

If you can find or otherwise establish surfaces where the mouse "feels better and quicker" then the mouse is probably not the problem.

Could be that the original mousepad has worn down or deteriorated in some manner enough to degrade mouse movement and performance.

Try some other surfaces and mouse pads. Try the mouse on another computer even.

All you need is some explicit play where the mouse feel and performance are as expected. Then you know it is not the mouse.
