Windows 10 not detecting USB devices, but when I boot windows 7 on a separate drive it works fine. Help!

I need help trying to delete drivers from my other hard drive or whatever else might be causing the problem.

It's likely a driver issue, if it does work you'll want to back up your current drivers in case something else happens. Use a snapshot tool like Rollback Rx or a disk imager like Macrium Reflect.
