So basically in GeForce Experience it says that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game even though I have an AMD x4 860k and GTX 1050

And what happens when you run it? GeForce Experience typically is telling you the system requirements for optimization using that tool, it's not really a system requirements checker.
