Desktop won't fill display on highest resolution

Hello guys! I'm having a problem with my monitor, or graphics card.
My desktop won't fill display on native resolution which is 1440x900, but it fills monitor, when i choose a lower screen resolution? Have any suggestions?

Monitor: FLATRON L194WS
Graphics: NVidia GeForce 210

So like when you got to 1280x720, there's like black bars around everything?
You'd want to go into the Nvidia Control Panel (may need to update drivers, http://www.geforce.com/drivers ) and go to Adjust Desktop Size and Position and then choose the scaling options there to either Full Screen or Aspect Ratio. (One may look better than the other)
