Dual 4k 60hz vs 1440p 144hz for gtx1070

Hello people. Ive had my eyes set on the s2715q from dell but it is only 60hz. Since i have the gtx1070 and can run 4k, why WOULDNT i want to use what ive got to the maximum? Would a monitor setup lower than 4k but higher than 60hz be worth it

Two situations for my comp and wifes comp, would both be applicaple to any info given from above or would non streaming be better off 4k while atreaming non4k etc
1- playing World of Warcraft/Overwatch as well as general workstation use
2- streaming overwatch

Your 1070 wills struggle trying to play games at 4K and 60hz. This is where the 1080 Ti will come in and shine. I honestly think you should just stick with 1440p and get the 144hz.

If you want, you can get the 4K monitor, but play the games at 1440p.
