I enjoy sitting farther away usually. Best buy associates recommended à 27 from personal experience. How do i choose? Will à 1060 3gb handle 1440p and streaming?

Solution

It just makes sense, if you sit further away, go with a bigger screen. Get the 27" if it's in your budget. However, again your GTX 1060 may not be able to handle it. I would recommend getting the 1070 if possible, especially in titles like GTA and Witcher 3.
If you plan on maxing out titles no. Streaming is handled on the CPU, so it depends on the chip you have. I would go with a 27" if you sit further away, but the bigger the screen, the more expensive it is. You also want a good one with a good refresh rate (144hz is the norm these days).

For maxing out games on 1440p, you want to look at the GTX 1070. If you don't mind turning down the quality, I suppose a GTX 1060 3GB wouldn't hurt, but then again, the 6GB version would perform better.

if you sit further away go for the 27". A 1060 3gb is abit on the low side you wont be able to play many new games at ultra 1440p, but if youre willing to play at medium to high setting you would probably be alright. I would try and get a 6gb 1060 or a 8gb 480/580 if possible, the extra Vram will be helpful.

I was just throwing more information out in case it would help. I'm really stumped as to which size and if 1440p looks good at 27. There are times when ill be 4-6 feet away from the screen.
