After I log into Windows 10, I get s black screen. I can see/move my cursor and pull up task manager, but I can't see anything else.
I tried to launch in safe mode but my keyboard and mouse stop working at the safe mode login. I tried a system reset, but it failed after 4%. The Windows key+crtl+shift+b makes the screen flash, but doesn't do anything else.
Throughout the whole thing, I cannot access the internet on this computer(wired). My home Wi-Fi works fine, and wired internet works on other systems. What else can I do?
