this sucks... scanlines and hella low res top half screen only

Windows display issues since update major display error, can only see top section of desktop... With scanlines and hella low res, Could fix before using HDMI scaling @1% l, this no longer works since last windows update
Is it coz I got an RX 480?

Try a different connection? Or perhaps cable? Or input or output?

It only has 1 HDMI out, but 3 display ports, I only have HDMI displays, iv tried it on 2, but both do the same, its fine before windows desktop is up

Try wiping display drivers and reinstalling using ddi
