Adding USB card to to my computer but it's not working.

Running WIN10 64bit and have a Sabertooth Z87. Needed more usb ports for the oculus. Ordered the KTU3FR-5O2U and have not been able to get it to work.

My Bios is up to date and it shows up in device Manager but shows "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Power is connected I've tried it in pci x1 and nothing, Tried it in the pci x16 slot running at X1 still nothing. I was convinced I had a bad card so I got another one and have exact same issues.

After changing drivers from win10 default to mgf 3.5 it changed the name in device manager but same issue. So I went ahead and updated to latest drivers off the mfg site and only difference was:

This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

I have power from psu and the green led on the card is illuminated....

Hello... You may have to give the OS permission to use this device... as it is a security risk to your System. B /

Try un-installing it... and log in as Administrator and re-try a install.

It's the USB3.0 Host Driver 3.8.33709.0
Install it as ADMIN
