Error wont let me get in the system

I put my pc in sleep mode when i left and after coming back like half hour later i got this error which wont dissapear neither when i click ok or cancel and all i get is this error and a blackscreen behind it. I tried restarting my pc multiple times it wont work. It turns on normally asks me to put in my windows pw and as soon as i hit enter it goes black and this error pops up so any idea on what to do? Do i need to do a format on my pc ?

Try booting into Safe Mode.

Try a recovery disk or USB stick.

Failing that:

I would start by opening up the computer and reseating the memory modules.

And also check all other component seatings, plugs, and connectors to ensure that all are in place and snuggly connected.

Try again.
