Is the Evga 500B enough for the GTX 1060 6GB?

You can get the cooler cheaper and get a good PSU.

Its more than enough. I have an EVGA 500W (not even the bronze model, just the "80+" model) happily powering an i7-4790k and GTX 1060 6GB. I've had it for two years and its been swapped around to a PC with two GTX 950s in SLI to a GTX 1070 to this current PC. Even the cheapest EVGA power supplies are not junk by any stretch. Regardless, the GTX 1060 only calls for a 400W power supply. Its not going to put that much of a strain on most any 500W unless its complete no-name garbage.
