Purchasing a new PC, Help me with an HEDT CPU

Hey, I have recently been planning on building a HEDT build for Gaming, 3D rendering/art, Video Editing and Photo-manipulation. The current CPU's I have in mind are i7 7740k, 7800X, 7820X, and the Ryzen 1800X. If yall could give me some insight into this that would be awesome! Thanks!
