Is there something wrong with my AMD Radeon Settings?

Ever since I reinstalled my graphics drivers to my new SSD, I always get a driver description with a bunch of letters and numbers (see pics). Is this okay? I haven't received an update since 4/23/17 since this incident. How would I go about fixing this problem? I'm using guru3d to wipe my drivers and then reinstalling the software to my SSD drive (C:\).
