Kernel Power 41 (63) Problems.

Hi all! I've been trying to troubleshoot my dad's pc to figure out the cause of this error (Kernel power 41). The problem usually occurs when he is playing World of Warcraft (only game he plays). I have tried a few things already, which will be listed below.

PC Specs:

• 
  Mobo: Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
  CPU: i5-2500k
  GPU: Strix GTX 960
  PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 80+ GOLD
  RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb
  250GB Samsung EVO 850 (windows installed here)
  1TB HDD for storage

-Nothing is overclocked.

I have done the following:

• 
  Memtest86 (passed)
  Furmark(passed benchmark AND ran for 5 hours with no issues)
  prime95(ran for two hours, no issues)
  Fresh install of windows
  Monitored temperatures, CPU doesnt pass 60c and GPU doesn't pass 65c

I am completely stumped; can it still be the PSU if furmark ran for 5 hours with no issues? What other steps should I take to troubleshoot the problem? Thanks all!

Event 41 (63) just means PC restarted and windows doesn't know why. Windows runs a report every start up and if it finds PC wasn't shut down correctly the time before, it creates event 41

have you cleaned out inside PC? Maybe something apart from cpu/gpu is over heating?

Motherboard temps look ok, will try the cpu tool but I thought that with the positive prime95 results the pc was fine.

Windows 10 doesn't just restart by itself and if it did, it wouldn't create a Event 41 as it would know why it restarted. That is why I am looking at the hardware.
