iexplore 11 is completely corrupted on windows 10, I tried all known methods to repair it or retrieve it back but failed any suggestion?

did you run sfc/dism? I assume you did since you said you tried everything

Try refreshing the system. IF that doesn't get it done, try restoring the system. if that fails too... try updates. if auto updates don't work, try manual updates.
