NEW PC black screen, stuck sound, restarting only when gaming!

Got a new PC three days ago and it is black screen crashing ONLY when playing games or running benchmark test. Sometimes if I wait a while it'll restart the PC other times I have to turn it off by holding power button.

All temperatures are within optimal working range. I have used DDU to uninstall and then reinstalled all drivers for GPU. All drivers are up to date for mobo, GPU, etc.

I went into the ASRock UEFI bios and turned of all "turbo" stuff for CPU, so no overclocking is going on.

It sounds like a GPU problem but the thing is literally a few days old! I resat it, blew air into the socket and in the card just to be sure and no joy. Sometimes I can game for a few hours and then switch games and bam. No particular game, it can be a simple GPU game or an intensive GPU game it matters not.

Please can someone help me out? I dont want to have to return it and wait weeks for a new one, nor do I really wanna spend $400-$500 for a new 1070!

EDIT 1: Ran a 3Dmark stress test and it crashed within 3 minutes of the GPU test. Im convinced its gpu related now... Here are the event logs:
