which best monitor

Hey guys
i am confused choose which best monitor for my rig
mine are
Intel core i7 6700k
32 GB RAM
samsung ssd 250 GB hd
1 TB seagate hd
evga psu 750w
msi gtx 1070 gaming x
msi z270 gaming pro
I have 2 choice
ASUS VG248QE 24" / 1ms / HDMI, DP / 144Hz / 3D / Justerbar / VESA
or
ASUS MG28UQ / 28" / 4K / 1ms / HDMI,DP / Freesync
I play many kinds of games like
call of duty all series
battlefield all series
batman all series
crysis all series
tomb raider
so guys
which one must I choose?
want your opinions

They are both bad because based on TN matrix wich has the worst viewing angles and color distortion while viewing even at small angles in any direction. You should look at monitors that have IPS matrix (PLS, AHVA,H-IPS) or at least VA (PVA, S-PVA, SVA, MVA, S-MVA, AMVA). They are more pricy but it counts. Also go for the matte screen, not glossy. Everything else - refresh rate, response time - choose the best according to your budget, but of higher refresh rate and lower response time are better.

e.g. LG 27UD69P-W is my choice

If you still just have to choose between those two because they have 1ms response (which is nothing but marketing), then the choice is only which size you want more.
