After installing Forza Motorsport 6 Apex i got below error:

I have the most updates for the game. my Windows is also fully updated.
what does it mean? does it mean my Microsoft account, XBOX app account or store account? how to fix it?
please help.

0x803f8001 appears to be a windows update error,

one fix I found is uninstall and reinstall but I bet thats no fun for a game, and isn't a good option for Forza: https://forums.forzamotorsport.net/turn10_postsm555389_posts.aspx

read that thread, one guy may have a solution for it.
