Two of these metal compounds have many things stuff going against each other, and because of this, I want to ask what you guys think is more worth it:

Liquid Ultra. Conductonaut
Price. ~$15. ~$15
Conductivity 35 W/mK. 70 w/mK
Amount 4g 1g
Consistency A little paste-like. Somewhat liquidy; like Hg
Performance* +10C vs Con. -10C vs LU
Removable? Barely. Barely

I plan to use this for the new TIM under the IHS after delidding. So it's most likely permanent. But I may use the rest on the heatsink, although I'm worried about stains and whatnot.
Please answer and state why below.
Thanks!

*performance is based on this test.

well i dont recommand using it on ihs heatsink side
but use it on die side
and its really worth it if its a i7 7700K that your delidding

I use Conductonaut for both CPU and GPU power mods.
From what I know, it lasts longer and of course has better properties ;)
regarding stains - SRSLY, you care about something that is never to be seen and has 0 performance impact ? Just make sure you are NOT using it in direct contact with aluminum.
the 1g is enough for quite a few CPU applications. I purchased two of them, applied on CPU 3-4 times (under IHS and without IHS), used it to power mod the GPU, and still not finished the first syringe.
