22 inch monitor has darker screen than normal one

So heres a thing I bought 22 inch led monitor that is totally functional but has darker screen than it should be I tried to brighten it up by pushing buttons on monitor but it was already to its max brightnes. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Never mind It was problem with backlight
