Program for splitting large ISO files

I have large operating system ISOs (5GB+) that I would like to install on another PC and my drive does not like DL and my only large USB (I'm a college student) does not boot these systems. I tried rufus and unetbootin. I need a program that can effectively split these files so they can fit on my DVD+RWs.
My operating system is Windows 10 for burning the DVDs, and the ISOs I am burning are Cent OS and OSX.
