Monitor Flicker {Brightness/Contrast}?

Samsung LS24F350FHMXZN 24" monitor infamous problem of Brightness/contrast flickering is Unsolvable ? (Just bought the Monitor a week ago and am pulling my hair over a fix for it. )

Using HDMI Connected to my AMD R9 280X on 1080p Resolution.

(Just Because the Info Menu have alot of black in it it causes the screen increase brightness.LOOK AT THE SHADOW )


This isn't a game problem as i have tested it in various others... In games such as Path of Exile that have alot of Dark places with small Bright places on screen.. IT IS VERY COMMON..

Things I did :
Downloading latest AMD drivers/Monitor Driver
Disabling Windows Own Auto Brightness
Going over Monitor options I Disabled Eco saving.


Things I concluded..:
By changing some contrast Values i can make the Flickering is SOME AREAS IN GAME disappear.. when other remains.. and vice versa.


Those are others with same Monitor and problem... Which have gone UNSOLVED

Yeah i have a similar problem, though it only happens when the fps gets below 60, thats when my Freesync monitor start flickering like crazy. Its so ******* anoying

I tried disabling Freesync,
tried all the refresh rates (144, 120, 100, 60)
tried capping fps ingame

Havent tried to reset the monitor and the radeon settings to the fabric settings, but i can come with an update when im done testing
