Samsung LS24F350FHMXZN 24" monitor infamous problem of Brightness/contrast flickering is Unsolvable ? (Just bought the Monitor a week ago and am pulling my hair over a fix for it. )
Using HDMI Connected to my AMD R9 280X on 1080p Resolution.
Here is a video Detailing my problem

(This was in paint i just took 2 screenshots for comparisons and when i was dragging the other screen shots this flicker happens)

(This was Ingame Look at the tree leaves left of Unskilled support's name)

(Just Because the Info Menu have alot of black in it it causes the screen increase brightness.LOOK AT THE SHADOW )
This isn't a game problem as i have tested it in various others... In games such as Path of Exile that have alot of Dark places with small Bright places on screen.. IT IS VERY COMMON..
Things I did :
Downloading latest AMD drivers/Monitor Driver
Disabling Windows Own Auto Brightness
Going over Monitor options I Disabled Eco saving.
Things I concluded..:
By changing some contrast Values i can make the Flickering is SOME AREAS IN GAME disappear.. when other remains.. and vice versa.
Those are others with same Monitor and problem... Which have gone UNSOLVED
