BIOS won't appears on the screen !

my screen is working (I test it by plug my laptop) // I tried every single cable (DP/HDMI/DVI) and nothing on the screen, the PC is working and I don't hear any beeps and I'm sure the cables are connected what should I do ? ( and there is a red light under the cable plug of the fan - the fan is working fine - *under the light there is a word : PWR-LED)

its a new build and i tried to turn my pc without my graphics card and nothing happened, I even re- plugging the cables again also nothing, and i don't know what to do
