Black screens PC monitor and TV monitor

Good evening, I am using my PC now and 3 months for no problem with a Samsung PC monitor(connected to DVI) and my Panasonic 4k viera(connected to HDMI) at extended displays option on AMD R9 270. All of a sudden today when I was playing a game on my main screen (Samsung PC monitor) grey vertical lines appeared and the PC froze. I used the reset button and now my screens are blank when I power on PC and I can't make them work. I disconnected the TV monitor, changed DVI Port to the PC monitor but still nothing. When the PC is loading I can see the bios check on screen and then they go blank. After several restarts I had the "windows repair screen" but when I chose the "continue into windows" option the screens goes blank again. Any solutions?

I don't know if is relevant but my PC monitor's resolution was 1920x1080 and my TV's resolution was at 4k.

I formatted my PC and reinstalled windows 10. I disconnected my TV off the HDMI port. My PC monitor is finally open but when I install the newest AMD drivers for my R9 270 during the installation the screen goes black again.
