Suggestions for Budget Gaming PC Build

Ok so I have already decided on a build but I need some suggestions regarding the same. So first the specifications: https://goo.gl/MtRWXy
The budget in my currency is 70,000. This is literally my first gaming PC build so the monitor is included in the price. Now I was thinking that since I am not going to go above 1080p really and the 6GB card is overkill for 1080p anyway, so I should get the 3GB card and use the money for another 8GB stick of RAM, perhaps an SSD as well and some other stuff. Also, the CM Force 500 case happens to have only 1 exhaust fan, should I get an intake fan as well or is the stock one enough? (since I'm obviously not gonna overclock anything) Input is appreciated thx.

Personally Id pick a Ryzen build over an i5. Also that PSU is very low quality, no good for a gaming pc.
