Buying a 144hz monitor, which one of those 3 is worth getting

I built a PC and now I want to upgrade my old monitor to a 144hz one.
I have these 3 to choose from:

I dont know much about monitors so if anyone that knows a bit can point out which one would be the best can help would be great.

In case you need to know I use R9 280X for my GPU but Im planing to upgrade to RX 580.

get the monitor that also has freesync so in the games where your pc cant do a consistent 144 fps you will still have a smooth picture on your monitor. This is pretty much a nobrainer make sure since you have a amd card that you get a monitor that supports freesync.

First let's eliminate GN246HL because of it's non-adjustable stand.
ASUS VG248QE or the Acer XF240H remain in the race.

Second, we will take only a monitor with FreeSync, so that you will get the max of your AMD GPU.
