Hey everyone,

I have a small business and have a 2-monitor set-up with an E-Port Replicator from Dell. When I connect my laptop to the Replicator and turn it on, it displays to both screens without an issue...However, when I eject my laptop from the replicator and come back to re-connect my laptop to the replicator, both monitors are black, with only one of them having the back light on and the cursor on screen...But still black screen. This only happens when I re-connect my laptop to the replicator. To fix it I have to restart it while it's in the replicator, OR, have it shut down then turn it on via the replicator. Dell has been of no assistance thus far.

Solution
Have the same issue with a client. Ended up using the Hibernate and not sleep when removing and replacing it on the dock. I also have an SSD in the laptop to accelerate the system...

Hey, thanks for the quick reply, I'll go ahead and try this when I get back to my desk and let you know if it worked.
