New Motherboard, and Windows is acting weird afterwards. Do I need to reinstall?

The licensing has nothing to do with the actual operation.

If it is acting up, you probably need to do a reinstall.
Or, it might just be your GPU drivers.

But I'd do a full reinstall.

Just finished clean installing and updated my graphics card drivers. Still isn't working.

I went to the support page for MSI and when I download, extract, and then try and install the AMI BIOS it tells me "This app can't run on your PC". Any clues on why that might be?

I think this problem might have something to do with the Virtu Technology MVP. It's basically a thing that allows your mobo to use your integrated graphics card at the same time as the plugged in graphics card. I've tried both turning it off and on in BIOS but that doesn't seem to change anything. I've also tried installing the Lucid Logic Virtu Technology MVP software but it won't install saying it can't detect an integrated chip? What???
