CPU: Intel 6700k @ 4.00 gz
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: 32gb
Monitor: Got 2 monitors one of them is 1080 hp monitor and another samsung 4k monitor
I was trying to fix my monitor's refresh rate because it was only doing 30hz in 4k when I knew it did 60 hz before so I went to Nvidia's control panel and made a custom resolution in Change Resolution tab, I made it 3840 × 2160 which is the monitor's 4k resolution, but here is what made it go completely insane, I changed the hz to 60, and pressed test and this monitor went insane turning on and off again
