Lines across the monitor

Hey guys

I got my Acer XB270Hu today which i bought second hand of ebay. (I know)

I have powered the monitor on and straight away I am noticing an issue.

Nothing has been connected to the monitor at this point except the power cable.

After connecting the issue is still present.

Any ideas?

talk to the seller & if not resolve then start a dispute claim with ebay'paypal concerning the seller.
