Motherboard/CPU recommendation for building a computer from my spare parts? (HD 7970, 6gb DDR3-1333, etc)

After upgrading my gaming PC I've ended up with a bunch of spare parts. I was thinking of building a new system with them for general usage (maybe hooking up to my 1080p television for light gaming / Steam streaming), and was wondering what would be a good cpu/motherboard to put them in. I already have a primary gaming PC so I don't need top-of-the-line (unless there's huge upgrade potential down the line, which I don't see with the parts I'm using), but I would like to get the best price/performance ratio I can.

What I've already got lying around is:

3 x 2gb DDR3-1333 RAM
Sapphire Vapor-X HD 7970 6gb Ghz Edition
1tb Western Digital Blue HDD
Corsair 650W power supply
An aftermarket air cooler from 2010/2011 for which I've lost all documentation and packaging
Probably a spare copy of Windows lying around somewhere from a family member's old laptop

Any thoughts/recommendations?
