Cannot install windows on SSD

Just got an SSD and I'm trying to just do a fresh install of windows on to it but everything I boot up using USB to install it I get something along the lines of ''The selected disk is of GPT partition style''

I've found ways to just wipe my HDD and SSD and then it'll work but I don't want to do that as I've got stuff I want on my main drive. I've tried programs to change the partition but most are paid / don't work. I also tried boot from UEFI / Legacy only and none of that worked.

Would anybody know is there any way to do this preferably without clearing my HDD?

When installing the OS, you really want only the one drive connected.
In this case, the SSD.

Disconnect the HDD and try again.

Just tried that. Still getting the same error. Took a picture of the exact message that comes up if that's any use:

Underneath that dialog box that says you can't do this, there is a DELETE button. A big red X, I believe.
