Display too stretched on extended monitor

Hello, i recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10, my second monitor worked fine on windows 7 1920x1080 but with windows 10 its to stretched and wont fit the monitor properly any solutions would be great i already tried uninstalling my old graphics card drivers and re installing them that did not do the trick my graphics card is a r9 290x for anyone wondering who comes across this post

i have done that already it still stays the same it wants me to downgrade my resolution even thought my tv is 1920x1080
